I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located not far from the center and right by the lake, perfect for a relaxing walk into town. The rooms were clean and had a great view, though the bar was unexpectedly closed during my stay. The service was friendly and helpful, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The hotel offers beautiful views of the outdoors in Puerto Varas, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a nice view of the garden, but the service left something to be desired as it felt rude at times. While the dining options were decent, a few more gluten-free choices would have been a plus. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the service definitely needs improvement.
